Welcome to Papiroo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of the App
Papiroo provides educational audio stories across various thematic categories, accompanied by interactive quizzes and family-sharing features. The App is intended for use by families, with one Primary Parent account managing individual profiles for each family member.
The App is available exclusively for mobile use on iOS and Android platforms.

2. Account Structure

• A single Primary Parent creates the family account.​

• Additional family members, including the second parent and children, may join the family account via a unique code provided by the Primary Parent.​

• Children may access their profile either through the Primary Parent’s device or via their own device if they join using the code.

3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App’s functionality

• Share or distribute copyrighted material without authorization

• Upload offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms.

 

4. Family Interaction Features

• Schedule: The Primary Parent may assign specific stories to children on specific days and monitor their completion.

• Pass: All family members can share stories with each other in a casual, non-scheduled way.

• Quizzes: At the end of each story, users may complete a quiz and earn diamonds individually on their profiles.

5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including audio stories, images, and code, is the property of Papiroo or its licensors and is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or distribute any content without prior written permission.
 

6. Termination and Deletion
Only the Primary Parent may delete the family account. Deletion is irreversible and will remove all associated data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papiroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
 

8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
 

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users located in the United States, this may include relevant federal and state laws. For international users, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
